I Did It. I Published My Book: dataengineeringdesignpatterns.com (or dedp.online, as I like short 😉)

📖 What does the book contain as of now?
You might wonder if it’s worth delving into the book in its current, unfinished form. Well, it depends.

There’s already a wealth of content. However, the much-anticipated design patterns are still in the works. If that’s what you’re most excited about, you’ll find the beginnings of an exploration into the patterns of `Caching` and `Ad-hoc Querying` in the first Convergent Evolution chapter, covering “BI, Semantic Layer, Modern OLAP, Data Virtualization.”

📩 The Content

As of now, the book offers:
1️⃣ The outline of the book: What it is all about (to keep you excited 😉)
2️⃣ Introduction to the Field of Data Engineering with the history and state of DE as well as challenges along the data engineering lifecycle.
3️⃣ Introduction to Data Engineering Design Patterns (DEDP) with the key starting point with Convergent Evolution, and what it is.
4️⃣ An overview of some of the patterns and design patterns that forked from the Convergent Evolutions
5️⃣ The first analysis of four terms that form a Convergent Evolution and their patterns.

🎁 Bonus
In addition, I’ve enriched my second brain with sixty new terms, creating a valuable resource for anyone in the field of data engineering. Explore this at Second Brain (https://brain.ssp.sh/).
